We are Blife Rentals and all our properties have self-check-in with safes, you can enter at any time within your reservation :) Click "show more" for all other details. Room in an amazing Villa with a swimming pool and a huge backyard. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is on the outskirts of Faro, ideal for those with a car (and you can park your car inside the property). *MOUSTACHYA*

The space

The property is located on the outskirts of Faro.
Some amenities are within a short 10-minute walk (Intermarché, Continente, and Aldi supermarkets).
It's ideal for those with a car, as you can leave your car on the property and is very close to the exit for the famous N2 highway, as well as the N125 or A22 highways.

Dear guest,

Our company is widely recognized as being a respectful and trustful entity among our local community. To preserve that condition, one of our major commitments is to respect our beloved guests, neighbors and vicinity, in order to bring better quality of life to everyone involved.

So please, seriously take in consideration the following rules that are continuously applied, and when not respected a fine or penalty will be charged as it follows.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
When not respected: 100€;

- Pets are not allowed.
If not respected: €50 (per animal);

- Silent hours are from 21h/9pm until 9am
When not respected: 50€;

- Events, parties and loud music at any time, are strictly forbidden.
When not respected: 50€ (per person);
In extreme cases, as per Airbnb's standard for reacting to non-compliance with rules, you may be asked to leave the property immediately, with no room for any type of refund or change to the reservation.

- External visits are not allowed. The property is intended for the exclusive use of the number of guests registered on the reservation.
When not respected: 50€ (per external person)

- Keys should only be collected when the property is ready and placed back after your stay in accordance with the instructions sent. If keys are missing or forgotten to be returned, there is an associated cost of €20 per key;

- Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs, are only available on request and prepayment. Please note, if not requested or authorized, the amount will vary accordingly the type of accommodation booked:
Villa: 100€ || Apartment: 80€ || Room: 60€;

- Luggage storage, either on check-in or check-out, is only available on request and prepayment. Please note, if not requested or authorized to leave your belongings inside the property, the amount will vary accordingly the type of accommodation booked:
Villa: 50€ || Apartment: 40€ || Room: 30€;

- All property elements must always remain within the property and never taken for external use. Example: towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils, household appliances, Wi-Fi router, smart TV accessories, etc.
When items are missing, the amount will be charged according;

Your room is private and has a lock! You will have the keys during your stay.

The bathroom (on this floor) is mostly shared with 1 other bedroom. There is another bathroom (above) also shared.

Other things to note

*FRIDGE*
Although not advertised in the amenities list, we offer a shared fridge to our guests.
Each room will have a designated shelf that should be used accordingly.
We are not responsible for lost items.
Please send us a message if you have any difficulty finding your shelf.

*CLEANING*
The cleaning fee included on your stay is relative to the cleaning on check-out day, according to holiday rental standards. During the stay, all guests are responsible for keeping the place clean and tidy. If you want extra cleaning or new bedsheets, there will be costs involved.

*OTHER CARE*
Plumbing in Portugal is very sensitive, it is forbidden to flush toilet paper. For this we provide a bin near the toilet that must be used accordingly.

*IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE*
When staying in a hotel guests are used to showing their IDs at check-in.
When you make a reservation in a registered local lodging establishment (any type of accommodation you booked on airbnb, booking or other similar website), your host is required to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF - the governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners) within 3 days of your arrival.

The penalty fee mentioned in the additional rules will be charged if authorization has not been given.

*NIGHT ASSISTANCE*
We are available by calling the contact number even for emergencies at night.
For nighttime travel needs due to some unexpected difficulty caused by the guest (such as loss of keys), a fee will be charged to cover the costs of this assistance, which must be paid before assistance: € 30.
