The space

The property is located on Praia de Faro, a peninsula famous for its well-preserved local identity: seaside simplicity even with a few fishermen's houses at the far ends of the access roads, and some very local restaurants serving delicious regional cuisine.
It's just steps from the sea, and being a peninsula, there's also the option of Ria Formosa beach (a salt marsh that also varies with the tides and is a very important Natural Park in the region, extending almost to Spain).

Our company is widely recognized as being a respectful and trustful entity among our local community. To preserve that condition, one of our major commitments is to respect our beloved guests, neighbors and vicinity, in order to bring better quality of life to everyone involved.

So please, seriously take in consideration the following rules that are continuously applied, and when not respected a fine or penalty will be charged as it follows.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
When not respected: 100€;

- Pets are not allowed.
If not respected: €50 (per animal);

- Silent hours are from 21h/9pm until 9am
When not respected: 50€;

- Events, parties and loud music at any time, are strictly forbidden.
When not respected: 50€ (per person);
In extreme cases, as per Airbnb's standard for reacting to non-compliance with rules, you may be asked to leave the property immediately, with no room for any type of refund or change to the reservation.

- External visits are not allowed. The property is intended for the exclusive use of the number of guests registered on the reservation.
When not respected: 50€ (per external person)

- Keys should only be collected when the property is ready and placed back after your stay in accordance with the instructions sent. If keys are missing or forgotten to be returned, there is an associated cost of €20 per key;

- Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs, are only available on request and prepayment. Please note, if not requested or authorized, the amount will vary accordingly the type of accommodation booked:
Villa: 100€ || Apartment: 80€ || Room: 60€;

*Frais de ménage*
Les frais de ménage inclus dans votre séjour correspondent au ménage effectué le jour du départ, conformément aux normes de location de vacances. Pendant le séjour, tous les clients sont responsables de maintenir le logement propre et rangé. Si vous souhaitez un nettoyage supplémentaire ou de nouveaux draps, des frais seront facturés.

*AUTRES SOINS*
La plomberie au Portugal est très sensible, il est interdit de jeter du papier dans les toilettes. Pour ce faire, nous disposons d'un seau à ordures près des toilettes, qu'il convient d'utiliser en conséquence.
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des objets personnels perdus et/ou volés dans l'établissement.

*PROCÉDURE D'IDENTIFICATION*
Lors de la réservation d'une chambre d'hôtel, les clients ont l'habitude de présenter leurs pièces d'identité lors de l'enregistrement.
