*FRIDGE*
Although not advertised in the amenities list, we offer a shared fridge to our guests.
Each room will have a designated shelf that should be used accordingly.
We are not responsible for lost items.
Please send us a message if you have any difficulty finding your shelf.
*CLEANING*
The cleaning fee included on your stay is relative to the cleaning on check-out day, according to holiday rental standards. During the stay, all guests are responsible for keeping the place clean and tidy. If you want extra cleaning or new bedsheets, there will be costs involved.
*OTHER CARE*
Plumbing in Portugal is very sensitive, it is forbidden to flush toilet paper. For this we provide a bin near the toilet that must be used accordingly.
We are not responsible for personal items lost and/or stolen on the property.
*IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE*
When staying in a hotel guests are used to showing their IDs at check-in.
When you make a reservation in a registered local lodging establishment (any type of accommodation you booked on airbnb, booking or other similar website), your host is required to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF - the governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners) within 3 days of your arrival.

Only upon request and prior authorization (a fee may be charged).
The penalty fee mentioned in the additional rules will be charged if authorization has not been given.
*NIGHT ASSISTANCE*
We are available by calling the contact number even for emergencies at night.
For nighttime travel needs due to some unexpected difficulty caused by the guest (such as loss of keys), a fee will be charged to cover the costs of this assistance, which must be paid before assistance: € 30.
